OAK- Medium high
TASTING NOTES- rich and creamy with notes of stone fruit, citrus, melon, toasted nuts, vanilla bean, bright acidity and long finish
PRODUCTION NOTES- Grapes were hand-sorted and whole clusters were gently pressed into French oak barrels. The wine was barrel-fermented with native yeasts and underwent 100% native malolactic fermentation. It was aged sur lie in barrel for 11 months with frequent battonage.
